What We Did Today
Today we discussed in our opening activity a little bit about what Veterans' Day means to each of us.  Students were able to reflect on what they knew and how they celebrated it.  After this students finished up the severe weather vocabulary and displayed their homework.  I was very impressed with some of the unique weather sources that some brought in.  Finally we started tracking weather for the next couple of days and students will be looking at how over a short amount of time a front can come in and change what we were experiencing prior.  It is a nice way to wrap up the weather unit to reflect on many things such as how clouds are formed and why we might get snow.
