Today we finished discussing and take notes on relative dating and the principles geologists use to learn about Earth's history and how they figure out the age of rocks and fossils. We looked a pictures of rock columns and utilized the principles to help us determine the ages of the rock layers. Students also had time to begin working on their Inside the Earth Unit Review packet.
HW: Finish review packet for tomorrow. We will discuss the answers so that students can study over the weekend. Test will be Monday, March 9th.
